Assignment:	Constructive Safety Truss Grid

In 2012 the CliniClowns Foundation Netherlands presented their brand new theatre show: Circus Boemtata! This show is specifically adjusted to the experiences of children who have mental and/or multiple disorders, aged to 18 years. In this performance all the different senses are stimulated: seeing, hearing, smelling, feeling and tasting. The familiar CliniClowns in a brand new show with real acrobats and new songs.

Assigned by Unlimited Productions BV, T&E Support has managed the constructive safety of the truss grid. In addition to the usual light, sound and moving decor, a flying act and tissue act are performed from the grid. The entire truss grid is suspended from the four towers of the tent construction. With a free-spanning area of 14x12m, the dynamic impact and a high load on the truss grid, this is a true challenge with respect to monitoring and safeguarding the constructive safety.

A solution was developed in close cooperation with Unlimited Productions BV; no concessions were made to the creative aspects and above all: the constructive safety was assured.
